Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Shabaka Store is not responsible for any damage resulting from the shipping process.
Any delay in delivery caused by the shipping company is beyond the responsibility of Shabaka Store.

If an order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer’s failure to respond, repeated postponement, or an incorrect address, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

In the event that a different item is sent by mistake, we will cover all shipping costs, provided that we are notified within three (3) days after receiving the order.
